Returns & Exchanges

At Mirchi By Kim, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
